Description of Content:

The undersigned grants permission for the use of his/her image, voice, and likeness in video recordings related to the promotional project titled “Spring Campaign 2024,” including online, print, and broadcast media.

Grant of Rights:

The Releasor grants Media Productions Inc. and its affiliates the perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the recorded material in any media format now known or hereafter developed.

Consent and Release:

The Releasor acknowledges that he/she has no rights to any compensation or royalties arising from this use and releases Media Productions Inc. from any claims related to the use of the material, including claims of invasion of privacy or defamation.

Additional Provisions:

• The Releasor confirms they are at least 18 years old and have the authority to sign this agreement.
• This release shall be binding upon the Releasor’s heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
