Description of Tutoring Services:
The tutor agrees to provide tutoring services in mathematics to the student at the agreed location and times, utilizing appropriate teaching materials and methods suitable for the student’s level.
Duration and Fees:
The tutoring sessions shall commence on __________________ and continue until __________________. The student agrees to pay a fee of $50 per hour, payable in advance or as otherwise agreed, with sessions scheduled at mutually convenient times.
Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy:
