Purpose of the Trust:

This trust is established to hold, manage, and distribute the assets specified herein for the benefit of the beneficiaries according to the terms set forth in this document.

Description of Assets:

The trust shall hold the following assets: real estate located at 789 Oak Street, Springfield, IL; various bank accounts totaling $50,000; and stocks and bonds listed in Schedule A attached hereto.

Trust Terms and Distributions:

The trustee shall manage the assets according to the directions of this agreement and shall distribute income and principal to the beneficiaries as specified, including annual distributions of $5,000 or as otherwise determined by the trustee in the best interest of the beneficiaries.

Trustee Responsibilities:
